Acupuncture is Latin for
A combo of needle and prick.
The needle opens up a door,
Through body skin to reach the sick,
Stagnated point where channel flow
Of yin and yang - blood/energy
Needs outside stimulation so
The body's balance is healthy.
There is no body pain and ill
That cannot be helped by this way.
It is much better than a pill,
No matter what the skeptics say.

Though a pin cushion I may be,
The pins bring better health to me.
