That top secret reports have leaked
Onto the Web. Fearing short shrift
If the matter was not critiqued,
The agency did a report
That provided in great detail
The ways and means that would support
Causing leakage attempts to fail.
Following this report's guidelines
To stop the Web leaks was required.
Noncompliance would mean big fines,
Prison terms, and most surely fired.
