Sense Sonnet - Pumper

Old Elvis

I read that they dug up a bust,
That dated back to ancient Rome.
The stone head had a jaw that thrust
Out in chisled, angled aplomb.
Atop a wavy pompadour,
Back at both sides, was fishtailed slick.
Lips full of sexy pout galore.
Bushy sideburns that did the trick.
Bedroom eyes giving that sly look.
Alas, the nose missed a large chunk.
One of the hazards that time took.
All in all, a hell of a hunk.

I am Elvis. You'll find me
Popping up in antiquity.
