 Kickball

Kickball, a competition game,

I like to watch the young kids play.

Pitcher rolls ball, kicker takes aim,

Misses or kicks fair or foul way.

An out if kicked fly ball is caught.

Other fair kick, the kicker's off

To run the bases, safe or not.

Tagged by the ball, kicker may scoff.

Playing this game, young kids can learn

To be a good sport, win or lose.

Hopefully, each kid gets a turn

To play in manner to enthuse.

Can be fun game for one and all.

For me, a kick being the ball.
