 Undeclared U.S. Wars

The last declaration of war

By U.S. Congress, World War II.

Since then, we've fought a whole lot more,

Called and looking like wars, yes true.

Lately, the battles back and forth

Between parties in Congress is

Red v blue, like was south v north,

Uncivil civil spats, gee whiz.

Constitutional yes or no

Is a judicial last word on.

Through the courts such a case must go,

War or war not phenomenon.

So far, the U.S. Supreme Court,

No "war" has chosen to abort.
