Sense Sonnet - Pumper

 Horse Laughing Matter

I was watching Farmer Smith plow,

Sitting on his new tractor when

Suddenly he fell off somehow,

Head first in the dirt, made me grin.

Not hurt, but he started to cuss

Up a storm while giving poor chase,

Being fat and bow legged, plus

Smoked, as he got red in the face.

My grin then turned to laughing hard

And loud as he ran down the field.

Served him right, the old tub of lard,

As I kept watching him and squealed.

I give my best horse laugh of course

Because I laugh and am a horse.
