Before social media, I

Was very anti social, but

Social media now is why

I am stuck in a social rut.

Any and all platforms I need

Be on, and so I'm wallowing

In this addiction, yes indeed,

Ever craving more following.

Get help, beg friends and family,

In messages that they do send,

Because they cannot visit me.

My face to face is at an end.

I asked a shrink what I should do.

The shrink said, "I don't follow you."
