Sense Sonnet - Pumper

 My Dancing Late

When I went to my first teen dance,

So embarrassed on the dance floor.

Other kids called me antsy pants,

So vowed to never dance no more.

Even at my wedding I would

Not do any dance, and my mate

Made excuses for me, all good

Not to suffer bad dancer fate.

Through all my life I heard songs sang

About death dancing so I'd fret,

Will I have to dance when dead? Dang!

Another embarrassing yet?

One last time I rise from my bed,

Now dancing fine, now that I'm dead.
