 Mapinguari

Amazon jungle creature be

The mapinguari, even still

Always shrouded in mystery.

Few humans have escaped  its kill

To tell the outside world of such

A seven foot tall furry beast

With a single forehead eye much

Like a cyclops, and mouth to feast

From lower abdomen mid way,

Two backward facing feet of track.

And an eerie loud cry to say

Beware, it's about to attack.

Meeting a mapinguari would

Most likely not go very good.
