 Not Addressed in "Papa's" poem

"Advice to a Son," poem by

Ernest Hemingway, who had three

Sons, "Papa" was a macho guy,

And his youngest son, Greg, did be

Not one taking "Papa's" advice.

Greg became Gloria, a change

"Papa" did not take very nice.

Their relationship went estrange,

And up to "Papa's' suicide

Gloria's life kept on derail.

From heart disease Gloria died

While detained in a women's jail.

Joined in the sky, maybe these two,

Reconciliation did do.
