Sense Sonnet - Pumper
Sleeping Beauty
While in the meadow I did stroll,
I came upon you sleeping there.
Your beauty - body, mind and soul
Did glow through flowers ev'rywhere.
There was a look upon your face
That you were rapt in a dream of
Prince Charming from a far off place,
Wakening you with kiss of love.
But knowing now society
Scorns an unconsented to touch,
I'd leave you a sleeping beauty,
Though wanted to kiss you so much.
To wake you with a kiss did seem
Too forward so just let you dream.
