 Dvorak Cello Concerto

Dvorak be a gifted one,

A musician of great repute.

Said for a friend this piece was done,

Indeed a laudable pursuit.

Because for a long time he thought

That a solo by my kind be

An undertaking that was not

Appropriate for likes of me.

But gratefully, he changed his mind,

And made this music to be played

By the instruments of my kind,

Decision I'm happy he made.

In concert with all my fellow,

This piece does delight this cello.
