 Wood Change

Once upon a time, all trees bid

Mother Nature to step in to

Reverse destruction humans did

To the trees whenever they grew

To a suitable size so that

They could be cut down and used for

Service in human habitat.

Trees became less and humans more.

Mother Nature did check this out,

And found that humankind indeed

Was abusing treekind no doubt,

And so a judgement she decreed.

Human made wooden properties

Began to turn back into trees.
