 Beware Foxes bearing Gifts

The Mama cat with family

Watches the fox with basket near

Their home that's way up in a tree.

The fox cries out for them to hear,

"I've brought some goodies for you all,"

"Some tasty treats you'll all adore."

The fox's teeth show through the call,

"So please just open up your door."

But wise Mama cat knows well that

The fox has no good on its mind.

They'll stay safe in their habitat.

No fool food here will this fox find.

Beware the fox who slyly strives

To take some of the cats' nine lives.
