 Scoring Three Score and Ten

'Twas three score and ten years ago

My Mother brought forth a new me.

Mom, now gone, would be pleased to know

That I made it to 70.

I planned a trip around the world

But Covid came and cancelled that.

So I did spend the day all squirreled

Up in my homestead habitat.

And thanks to high technology

That day I did get time to share

With lots of friends and family.

I had the sense that Mom was there.

My trip around the world does wait

For future 70 plus date.
