The only place where red wolves roam

Wild and not in captivity,

Rebounding back in this safe home

From the brink of being extinct.

In Zoos around the U.S.A.

Newborn red wolves are being linked

To refuge foster Moms so they

Can be raised in a manner that

Gives the red wolf species a new

Lease on life in wild habitat,

A conservation hope come true.

Twenty five red wolves now thrive here.

Hopefully more will soon appear.
