England's King Henry the 8th be

Quite unhappily married when

He stopped being Catholic and he

Married his mistress, Anne Boleyn.

All went well for a little while.

But Anne could produce no male heir,

So Henry in his bully style

Chose to terminate the royal pair.

So Anne was charged with heinous crime,

Including plots to kill the king.

Within a short matter of time

The marriage became a past thing.

Henry wanted Anne Boleyn dead.

He had his way, she lost her head.
