Let's celebrate a rattlesnake,
The eastern massasauga kind,
Who has been getting a fair shake
By some of conservation mind.
This endangered species has found
A new lease in life habitat,
In the Great Lakes area bound,
In eco friendly where they're at.
A healthy population be
Living and growing year by year,
As human studies do agree,
Cause for conservation to cheer.
