One or Another

Adam got a visit from God.
God came with good and with bad news,
Two new organs for Adam's bod -
A brain and a penis to use.
The brain was for intelligence,
To be able to think things through.
The penis, as a consequence,
Could cause the making babies new.
Adam thought all this news was good,
And asked God what part of it bad,
As God was sure that Adam would.
This was the answer that God had,

"Each organ needs vast blood to prime,"
"So can't use both at the same time."
