Take a Nap - LP Zoo

This macaque snow monkey does take
A nice nap at the Lincoln Park Zoo.
I'm on stage, but gimme a break.
Humans do tire me - yes they do,
Especially in summer time.
Warm weather brings the humans out.
The level of loud crowds does climb -
A monkey mind messes no doubt.
I know that is the way it is,
So I do try to sneak a nap
From all the pressure of show biz.
That way less likely I will snap.

A sleeping beauty - that is me,
And princely charming too I be.
