Housing Urban Development
First agreed that hearing impaired
Had special needs as resident,
So okayed a complex, and shared
In the funding of such housing.
Fast forward a few years hence,
And suddenly HUD goes deafening
To the why for the residence,
Proclaiming a discriminate
That the hearing don't have enough
Units therein to occupate.
"Shut down," HUD does huff and puff.
