In the Nose

All Boston ordered to shut down,
A bomber suspect on the run,
Thought to be somewhere in Bean Town,
Thousands of cops - each with a gun.
The suspect's identity known.
The cops were searching, but how well?
Found in a backyard boat alone,
After an all clear - what the hell!
Found by an unarmed citizen,
Where the cops should have searched before,
As someplace good, bad would hide in.
Seems like the cops could have searched more.

Authorities - incompetent!
Why weren't some search dogs on the scent?
