Hellbender

A giant salamander dwells
In parts of North America,
Called hellbender the freaked out tells
'Cuz its skin undulates - duh -
Like torture of infernal flames.
Devil dog and mud devil are
Other satanic likened names
To tag the creature's looks bizarre.
It likes a certain habitat
In swift waters under a rock,
Preferring there to just sit pat,
And hope that folks don't come and gawk.

Hellbenders maybe wish how swell
If all humans would go to hell.
