Cutback


My ex-girlfriend dumped me real cold.
She said, "Here's your lousy ring back,"
Then stormed away. If truth be told,
I'm better off without that whack.
Then I got to thinking about
The other gifts I'd given her.
A couple cost a bunch, no doubt!
Retrieval does need to occur.
I expect she'll say no, of course.
So I'll confront her, prepared
To take both those gifts back by force,
And remind her that once I cared.

Just the ring back ain't gonna do.
I want those breast implants back too.
