No Sale

I, a citizen of Belgium,
Believe this country needs a kick,
From bankrupt here to kingdom come.
A new owner might do the trick.
So, I have put it up for sale,
As is, in whole or in parts 3.
Buy your own fractured fairy tale.
I'll throw in king and court for free.
The country comes with loads of debt.
But, its chocolates are quite good.
It's up for sale with some regret,
Now the joke of the neighborhood.
