Threatening a lawsuit due to

Gave the Warners their rightful due
To the "Casablanca" name niche.
The Marx Brothers were not to be
Foiled by the Warners' petty fuss.
"If we can't so name this movie,"
Groucho wrote Warner Brothers thus,
